Template with side navigator/frame

1.  If I use the forum within a frame, will the login/logout feature work?  I know before it would always kick the person out as a 'guest'.  Haven't tried lately but saw another board using it and it worked.

2.  I can't find any templates with a side navigator?  I see one on boardmod but will the boardmod templates work with YaBBSE??

yes it will, with some modifications to the CSS classes
YSE has some extra css classes like: .editor, .me, etc
