Error Code 4 with BoardMOD

Everytime I try to install a MOD, I get

Code Select
Error Code 4:

Could Not Find Selected Script File. Please check your path settings.

What the hell? How can I fix that? Maybe it's how I have my files layered out in my YaBB Se 1.5.1 folder... ???

download yabbse safe mode version
unzip the package somewhere, open BoardMod, point it to index.php where u just unzip the package
check yse manual for the directory structure
