You are not allowed to access this section

I've just installed Yabbse 1.5.0. My board comes up but when I go to administer it it will not give me access. I've read the other post about this and tried this fix:

didn't get any errors but I am still unable to log in to administer the board.

Ok upgraded to 1.5.1 still having the same problem.

Did you check your cookie name?

What browser are you using?

What version of PHP?

May I have a link?
