Time Changes on Topics during Convert ??

Has anyone got any idea why the time that a post is made apears to change by 2 hours when imported using the converter.php script please??

Time offset on old Yabb1G and new system (YabbSE 151) is 0 btw.

When you examine a time stamp in an old Yabb1G messageid.txt file, an example might say something like:

03/11/03 at 12:10:48|gavinski_gav|xx|0|...

but when imported, shows as:
