This shouldn't be too complicated...  a mod that would allow the admin to specify a special background color for a whole post in any thread, giving a highlighted effect, to make it stand out from the others.

Do-able?

Preferably the whole post. I suppose I could always edit the post and use html to highlight just the words but I think it would look a lot better with the entire post highlighted. Also, I'm not sure if all browsers support the highlight html.
