Go to their profile and then go all the way down near the bottom of the screen.  There should be a drop down menu.  You just select which membergroup from there.
there are only admin and modulator in the drop down menu ,how to add other member groups in it?

I'd swear I just answered this...

Go to your admin panel, and select "Edit Membergroups"...

i have edit membergroups,but only admin and modulator ?
