Profile Images Using Bandwidth?

I'm trying to control my bandwidth usage and was thinking aobut hte URL a user can place in his profile that would point to an image file somewhere and display ot the left of all his messages.  Does this count in my bandwidth usage, or does it not since it does not originate from my server?

everything from your server will be counted as your bandwidth usage
from other servers, no
