Alright, I will help you set up your apache configureation file.

Please go into your apache folder, the into the conf folder. Open up httpd.conf and print what is in it here. I will then alter it for you so that php and perl can be used in apache.

I just need 1 more thing from you.

What is your php's path?

For instance my php's directory is this:
C:/Apache/Apache2/php/

I just need to know that and then both php and perl will be working.

No, you can leave the directory the way it is.

http://www.agigames.com/httpd.conf

Just replace your current config file with this one. Then php and perl should work in your apache install.

Tell me after you downloaded it, then I will delete the file.

Also if apache is already running, restart it after you overwrite it for the changes to take effect.

Looks like you already have the server running.  Try restarting your computer....

And, should it really be 0.0.0.0:80?  I would use 127.0.0.1...

I only added the php/perl stuff to it... I didn't touch the port/host stuff.

I think [unknown] is correct though, if it couldn't write to the logs another copy of apache might be running and using the log files.

So shut down apache then start it up.

Pretend your computer is the server.

'Upload' (copy) the files to an internet accessable directory, and then use http://localhost/etcetc/ to access it.

Download all the files from your YaBB board, and then run the converter from your computer.  When it's done, you will need to either....

1. Download phpMyAdmin and use it to get a dump.
2. Use mysqldump to get a dump.

I will explain both (some people don't like command utilities...) when you get to that point.
