how would I make this poll mod???

Hello, I've been using YabbSE for a while. I truly feel its one of the best open source projects out there. In fact I was so impressed by it, I decided to take a class on PHP.

With that said, I want to make my 1st mod. Unfortunately I don't know where to start. I've read how to use the Boardmod; I just need to know where to add the mod.

I want to mod the poll to make it look like this...


I want to make a poll with multiple choices with in each choice. I think it's a single dimensional array that needs to be a multiple dimensional array. Where do I start the mod?? I'm thinking in the poll.php (obviously) the post.php and in the database. It that about right??

I would like to do something like that for my school. To make it more useful, I need something that goes more in depth, thus the forums.
