Level Bar Hack?

On http://boardmod.yabbforum.com/mods.php there is a level bar hack. I LOVE this one. Its great.
But i have no clue on how to make it for YabbSE.

Anyone that have tryed it?

Is there a rpg mod for 1.5.1 I looked in the mod sections and only found them for older versions
