Can't send PM's

when i'm trying to send them this appear :

2: Failed opening 'german.lng' for inclusion (include_path='c:\php4\pear')
(E:\soccerx.dk\yabbse\Sources\InstantMessage.php ln 808)

can anyone help me ?

yes german.lng is uploaded.
But i don't even use a german language. I use english!
