Ok new version for build 40. Also added is the replied field. I've added a dbmod.php file to run the sql query stuff now.

This might be the last version.

On the IM window while reading a message I noticed that the online indicator was to the right of the member name instead of below it and also the email, webpage etc.. buttons were to the right of the number of posts instead of below it.

Cool. It worked.

Another thing... are the colors in the inbox and outbox messages view hardcoded? reason is that they do not match the rest of my forum.

Do you mean the view page or the message listing?

I don't think they are, what color is it?

The message listing.. the color is blue and white while my forum is brown and white.

There is also some Boardmod commands you need to run when installing.

i ahve installed this mod on my SE1.5.1 board, it went on fine.
I only have one problem.
My CatBg is a very light colour and the text in the top of each column doesn't show up.
can you please tell me where in instantmessages.php do i change it?

I think this is the code you would want to change. Try changing this part to some other color:

The next version is going to use a slightly different method though, similar to Joseph's Error Log for sorting messages.
