The problem probably lies in the first parts of the path:

/home/qd-race/public_html/forum/attachments

My server had the following dir which I had Yabb installed at:
clausj/www/elvenkingdom.net/yabbse...
Notice, no HOME there, so it didnt work.
So after several tries, it ended ut with:

/home/clausj/www/elvenkingdom.net/yabbse/attachments
Now it works.

It means it MUST have /home/ in the path? ::)

In what folder does the Yabb reside?
And have u called that folder e.g /yabb/ or /yabbse/ or /forum/ ?
Of course, if the forum resides under...../html/yabb/, the folder would then be that, not .../html/forum/...

I install the YABB in:

/home/qd-race/public_html/forum

so I did create attachments folder in:

/home/qd-race/public_html/forum/attachments

In the 'Mods' Settings and options area, I did change:

"Attachments Upload Path" to /home/qd-race/public_html/forum/attachments

Attachments URL should be http://www.qd-race.com/forum/attachements

Still not working.

Why it says that not file or forder in /sources directory:

2: OpenDir: No such file or directory (errno 2)
(/home/qd-race/public_html/forum/Sources/Post.php ln 871)

When I try to go to http://www.qd-race.com/forum/attachments I get a 404 error.  Are you SURE it's there?

I'm sorry, I'm not the expert. What do you mean by "Are you SURE it's there?".

What should be there? index file. Please tell me in details. What should I need to fill in /attachments folder?

Thank you very much.

Are you completely sure that the directory exists?

Perhaps you should upload an index.html and test it - just to be sure.

Attachments folder is there and did create index.html file, still not working. What is the command in line 871 in Post.php.

Is it other problem like using FrontPage 2000 as html editor.

Thanks.
