Thread Moving Mod

I dig the ability to move threads.  However ... as a stupid moderator who sometimes clicks too fast and is easily distracted, I often times send the notice that I'm moving a thread but don't select the correct board to move it to.

I propose setting the target of the move to a null area in the drop-down box, one that would force a moderator to change the target of the move before submitting.  Submitting the move without moving it off the null area should send a nice "You forgot to give a target board to move the topic" message to the moderator.

Geof (is suggesting this because he's been really absent-minded this week ... )

Mach8: Thanks for the compliments on the hat.  There's a long story about it on the board I moderate.  

klumy: It meets other needs, but isn't what I was looking for.  [Not that this makes it a bad mod.]
