Point Mod

Could there be a mod for how ever many posts you have you get so many points and you can use points to "buy" things. If you want an example of what I'm talking about this is very much (or exactly) like VBulletin. I really want a mod for this because the VBulletin one won't work on YaBB.

example: for every post you get 2 points.

I think I've seen another post about this....

It's a hard mod to make, and requires a lot of thought put into it.  You have to have things to buy, points to use, etc.

I wouldn't do it before 1.5.1 comes out, though.

You could buy things like support an earn things through it too

Coyotes thinking Hmmmmm........ How about having a site donation scheme - something like when you join the site - you can donate a dollor to the site admins via paypal - in return they award you 50 Karma Currency points. You then trade these within the community using things like support.

If you run out of Karma Currency then you can purchase some more buy donating another dollor

Thats not a bad idea, i might just do that. But if someone could make a mod for my idea anyway then that would be really cool. Maybe the currency mod by paypal could give them something besides credits, something only accesessed by donating.
