Khaki Theme

I've been working on this khaki theme, and I'm pretty close to done.  I think I'm not going to use it didn't turn out like I wanted, but it might be good if you want some kind of military or army theme.  If anyone wants to use it, feel free.  And I definitely welcome any suggestions/constructive criticism.

The buttons look like this:


You can see the template and everything in action at My Test Site
You can login as yabbseuser/yabbsepass if you want to post messages and stuff.

The whole package can be downloaded Here.  This zip file includes the buttons, template.php, and a photoshop file containing a colorset.

The forum logo file has generic name yabbtitle.gif, so you can replace it with any logo of your choice by renaming it yabbtitle.gif and copying over the one in the zip file.

Nice buttons, 2 are still grey, look here:

You know there are brown YABBC tag icons (look for a thread started by Webby) and also beige board icons (Ramon Kaes images thread). They would fit well into those colors.

Thanks for pointing out those 2 grey buttons.  I've fixed them and updated the zip.  I'll look into the YabbC buttons.  I definitely want to put those in.

alright...  I couldn't get to sleep, so I took a crack at the YabbC buttons.  I've updated the picture in the first post in the thread, and I've updated the zip file as well.

well, that shows you how much of a newbie I am...  I didn't even know such thing YaPP existed until I saw your post.

What's the difference between YaPP and YabbSE with a bunch of includes built into template.php???   :P

I'll work on a Forum button (and a second version that says "Community" on it I guess).

What other buttons are missing for the YaPP world?  Downloads?

Oh yeah, forgot about downloads. YaPP is a PHP portal for managing a website. I can't really explain it but ah well...

Yeah, we just need a Downloads button and a Forum button. If you want to learn more about YaPP go here.

Sorry... err...  uh...  my server crashed.  I'm having a very bad New Year so far  :'(

My kitchen facuet broke on the same day and I had to shut the water off... all the hardware stores were closed early on 01/01.  Needless to say, this took priority over my server yesterday  :o

I'll try to find an alternative location.

Man, that sucks. Well, I'll hcek back later. I can't wait for this! Its the only button set that I've found that will match my website!  :D
