Hey guys im mid way through developing my Limit PM mod so ive decided to release them as one when im done satisfying both sides and since you can turn each of them off it should be fine for you guys. Also this means that I can add support to the auto senc IM on register for the limit PM part of the mod, this means that this file will not count towards their limit on the PM or undeletable via auto delete due to account overflow, it can only be deleted by the user, as otherwise the PM for sign up wud be auto-removed.

Ok heres the latest update i haven't been able to do this mod much but its now at thhe top of my list.

The Auto Msg part is just about complete but the forum part is about 25% done, its not a hard mod just time consuming.

Im going to be releasing the auto IM part of the mod very very soon.

The next version of tthis mod will be an addon pack which will allow admin to also put a post in a board of their choice. Also posting a welcome message so that you then have a board full of welcome messages for all users.

And then ill be releasing the final mod which is the limit IM mod where you can limit the number of private messages a user can store either by usergroup or set one for all users. The user is able to select in their inbox preferences whether they want the oldest message deleted or any new messages blocked.

And they also have a storage box where messages will not be auto deleted, this also as a specified limit where it will say they may put in no more messages.

Ok Guys Sorry about the wait but its over  

The mod is due to be released sometime tommorow and looks to be a pleaser in my mind.

Ok what happens is you start a topic called whatever you like in whatever board you like, you specify in the admin center what functions you want to use and what message to send all the usual text things work such as url= and so on. You specify what topic that they will be posted in.

In the admin menu you also specify the subject for both and you can place the username at the end of the subject by selecting the add username option.

The messages are split into 2 the header and footer as such, what goes in between is the username of the new user for example.

The   is to create a space before the username.
These same properties apply to both IM and Topic Posting

The admin area just needs to be made I currently just edit the settings in the database, thats why it will be released tomorrow.

ok guys im just finishing up the admin area now, it will need a new table in the database called AutoMsg with the following columns.

layout is
Name - Type - MaxChars
Text Columns don't have a Max

IMActive - VarChar - 3
Topic - VarChar - 3
TopicSubject - Text

They MUST be in that order, I would release it as a part of my mod but I don't know how to do that in a YaBBpak.

It will be installed from a YaBBSE package server I will post again when its ready (its12:32pm where i am) It will probably be out at around 5 possibly earlier.
