I searched the board to see if anyone had thought of this. I thought it would be cool if e-cards were automatically sent out to users on their birthday.
Just a thought.

The coppermine/gallery mod does e-cards... wonder how hard it would be to get that to do it automatically?

If I knew PHP I would try. Maybe Spiff...Whenever he finishes the Gallery Mod...that could be a thought. I thought of it because I have a few flash e-card on my site and I send out e-mails to my members when it's their b-day to check it out on the site. I just downloaded these cards from Flashkit and gave credit to the creators.
I guess if you did not exactly want to use the gallery mod...If there was just a mod that sends emails out to people on their birthday that gave out a link to an e-card.
There are e-card scripts out there. I think I will check this out today since I'm not doing anything and see how they work.
My mind is all over the place.
