Have you tried just taking out the admin text?

There is a lot more text than just the admin text. Most of the time you are using like 1/100 of the actual file (not an actual calculation just out-of-the-air statement)

How big is the admin part though? It is probably the biggest of the bunch isn't it? You could always take out some of the larger text groups instead of having lots of little ones. It might help...
