Errors in step 5 converting huge gold sp1 forum

Hi guys,
I get these errors when converting a huge forum over to YaBB SE from Yabb Gold SP1.1. These happen on step 5.

Somebody help please! I've got 2000 users ready to kill me!!

Doing some integrity checking, I've found that the topics are all there (988), the member are all there (2047), but the number os posts on Gold is 31255 and on SE its 24501!  

BTW, if its only posts that I've lost, I don't really care that much. Do I need to go to step 6 manually, or what?

It looks like the connection to the MySQL server failed which would explain why some posts are missing.
