Mod for project / mods / to do list

I been writing since the board went down a mod that might help with projects.  Especially big projects with many people on it.  It would help keep others posted on what progress is going on, as well as a place to put comments / questions as normal.

I thought it might be usefully for things like mod project or the Yabb SE 2 project on here.  Or maybe for other people who have more of a work forum, and have projects the want to coordinate.

Some of the features I was thinking about where:

- Project Coordinator would have full control over project (As well as any admin / moderator)
- Members of a task would be able to change % of task
- Link to be able to request from Project Coordinator to join the project.  Then IM sent to Project coordinator with link to approve.

Just looking for people's thoughts and ideas!  Thanks!

Pictures of what I have working so far:

I was wondering if a boardmod SE was going to happen.

My idea was that you already have a lot of what you need in Yabb SE so you could just a little to get have mods posted.

Like your general Category name would be Mods, then your sub categories would be the mod types: security, new features, cosmetics, removal of features, etc.  Then you just fix Yabb so only a modeator / admin can post new topics, and everyone else can just reply.  Does that make sence?

I have a small test board going.  It's where I do testing / changes, so won't always be up.  You can look at what I have done there.  Not really a lot to it, but what the heck. :)

If anyone else has any need for this kind of mod, let me know so I can add features to it.  Also if you just have suggests for it, please let me know.

The basic part of the mod is up & working.  I'm trying to see any other fields / fuctions that are needed before I go farther along on the project.
