Notification On New Posts or Threads via E-mail or PM

Make it e-mail or pm admins, global mods, and moderators of the board of a new post or new thread.  Have it configurable to turn on or off in admin center on a per board basis.  Then the option of whether this notification is a e-mail or PM could be global to make life easier but would be cool to have it on a per user basis.

After the last response (or lack of) to the other mod I offer to create, I'm a little gun shy.  Seems like there is a lot of changes a foot, and not sure what to mess with and what is going to get changed anyways.  Or even what is already changed in ver 1.5, but just hasn't been relased yet.

i think  this idea is already been asked. its called notify Plus+. does the same thing and more.but if i knew how to write this stuff i would make it for ya.
