Notify by IM

I want the mod you guys use for notification options, that lets you choose between IM or e-mail.  

Also, I would like the option of setting IM only for member notification options, in forum settings.  My server is strict about its no spam policy.  Mail sent to e-groups is regarded as spam.  If someone puts an egroup as their address, and then uses the notify option, it will appear as spam from my site, and they'll shut me down.  The same is true for "send" topic, and e-mail verification for registration.  Help!
