This maybe a far and away out of the question proposal, but for YSE2, would it be possible for the Pacman to be able to read boardmod files and implement them?

It already can

You just need to wedge the Boardmod file into a mod.yp file using either the package creator inbult in YaBBPak or (the easier method) using [Unknown]'s yabbpack creator - http://www.yabbse.org/community/index.php?board=158;action=display;threadid=19192

The mod.yp file is basically a 'container' file like a zip file (but without compression) and the YaBB Package Manager can read and deal with Boardmod style .mod files.

This may be a bit offtopic but everytime i try to add a server i get this error:

2: fopen(Packages/server.list) [function.fopen]: failed to create stream: Permission denied
(/home/emperor/public_html/Forum/Sources/PackageGet.php ln 110)

wtf i even tried to replace packageget.php and it still gives me the same error.

Make sure that Packages/server.list exsists and that it has read and write permission.
