This is avail for Yabb Gold but not Yabb SE .. what it does is redo the IM message center, so that on the right hand side by every message there is a check box, and there is a check all button at the bottom of all the messages.  This way you can quickly check and delete say 20 messages in one swoop instead of "delete" "yes" "wait for reload" "delete" "yes"

Pretty pretty pretty pretty please with sugar on top ?
