Boardindex Error After Conversion

I installed YaBB SE 141 with no issues.

I converted from Gold SP1.1 with some problems, but after chmod'ing everything to 777, it went through with no errors.

When I went to the forum for the first time, I received this error:

2: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource
(/home/giftgrab/public_html/hh/talk/Sources/BoardIndex.php ln 184)

I tried chmod'ing the BoardIndex to 777, but eveything in my Sources folder cannot be changed from 666.

Please assist.
