Rating/Voting function

I see on other forums such as Snitz, UBB..., there is a function on each post called "Vote" or "Rate for this thread". it means if you read a post, you find it good or excellent, then there is a button for you to rate that post. The scale of rating is wide form 1 start to 5 stars. And if you find that one member often has nice posts, you can rate that member like you rate for post.
I made a search but I couldn't find the mod I need. I don't know whether anyone here has made this mod.
