Need more help!!!

I want to thank all who helped me with the conversion I got it to convert. But I am having one problem that I am sure is a small one.
I'm sorry! I'm a designer not a programmer!
The deal is...everything is went over fine. But if I click on my board I get this error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: messageindex() in /home/virtual/site461/fst/var/www/html/community/index.php on line 314

If I click on the last 10 topics I can view them. I tried to repair all boards through the admin center but it didn't work. You can go to my board to see what I'm talking about.

Make sure MessageIndex.php is in the sources file, and make sure the directory is correct in the Settings.php file.

Just looked into my ftp and noticed that 3 files in Sources directory have a file size of 0. Memberlist.php, ModSettings.php, and as you mentioned MessageIndex.php. If I upload those again will I have to re-install the board all over and again and run the converter again?

Nope, just upload them, and everything will work normally no need to run the installer or converter again.
