YaBB SP 1.1 to YaBB SE?

Is there a converter that can switch a board from YaBB SP 1.1 (which is killing my server) to YaBB SE?

Also, does YaBB SE have all the same features of the PERL SP 1.1 version?

No, I wasn't being sarcastic.  YaBB SP 1.1 keeps killing my server, making it where HTTP won't respond to connection requests and timing out.  PHP isn't supposed to use a lot of CPU power like PERL does so I was hoping I could convert.

On the downloads page I see a converter for YaBB Gold release which isn't YaBB SP 1.1.  Will it work correctly?

Also, what happens to modifications made using BoardMod?

The converter in the downloads section will work, there were no changes to the way yabb stores its data from gold to the latest sp
