How would I go about creating a new page?

I don't want to just change something, I want to make a completely new addon. IE: When you click on IM, it takes you to the IM page. How would I do that?

When you click on an IM, it takes you to the IM page.

Do you mean whenever you click on the message at the top of the screen, it takes you to your inbox? or what.. *confused*

I think you'll have to explain a little more as to what you mean ;D

Right now, it puts the stuff on top of the main page, I want it to go under and be normal.
