Fequested features

Is there / Willl there be mods for the following...

  • Only admins can change avatars
  • disable name changes
  • only admins can change custom text
I badely need mods for these features, are they availible / will someone think about making them  ;) as they would be very useful to forums that only want certain people to use the features, I.e - I only want people with a certain amount of karma to be able to, then they can PM me for a change :)
