Ok so it is just quick and dirty.... and I've got a few finishing touches to put on it before I package it up. If not today... should have it together tomorrow for beta test.
So in a nut shell, it gives you a dropdown select box of all your members (it defaults to yourself when it loads the first time. You can select anyone and click "View" which lists both the Inbox and the Outbox just they are would normally except all on one page. Since it would be un-admin like to actually manipulate any of these messages, the only thing you can do is read them. I don't think it would be appropriate to be able to do anything more so if you wish to you will have to extend the mod yourself.
Also... I assumed that when you say "PM" you were refering to "Instant Messages" that is built into YabbSE. If not... then disregard my mod.
