A REAL sticky topic

Would it be hard to make sticky topics really sticky ?

I mean, when you go to page nr. 2,3 and so on, the stick topic(s) won't show up anymore.
They only sow up in page (messageindex) 1.......

Would be a great feature, because then everybody would always be confronted with the sticky topic on every page !

I have almost finished doing this on my board.  I am calling it Super Sticky.  So far I have put an additional check box under the "Enable Sticky Topics" called "Enable Super Sticky Topics".  Toggle this to toggle proper entry in the Settings DB.  If it is enabled then at the bottom of each topic you get a "super sticky" button right next to the "sticky" button if that is enabled.  Enableing the two different sticky options work independent from each other (You may have both/either/neither enabled).  However, a topic can only be marked as one or the other, not both.  When you set the super sticky flag, it unsets the sticky flag.  When you set the sticky flag, it unsets the super sticky flag.  It is mostly working as far as I can tell.

Even though it is not a big issue, one thing that I think I might try to work out is that the "Super Sticky" topics to not count towards the max topic count on a page.  So... it you have the max topics set to 10 and you have 3 Super Sticky topics each page will get 13 topics shown.  No big deal I guess.
