If anyone has an idea on how this can be done please speak up! I am looking for a script/mod that would email all my members a short note and their username/password. I have a school alumni site and people tend to forget about the site (especially their username/password). It would be great to have a "reminder" service that would email all the members.

Such a service is already integrated in YaBB SE.

Enable "Email random password" in the admin menue or the "Email your members service which can also be found in the admin menue.

I am looking for a way to email ALL the members at one time. That way I could send a short update and attach their username & password.

Well... because of the way that passwords are encrypted and stored, they are one way only.  There is no way to grab the users password from the database and send it to them.  This is why the "lost password" feature must reset the password.  With that limitation, you are not likely to get such a mod.
