Convertion from Gold SP1.1 to SE, posts do not convert

Okay I am sure that this has been asked a thousand times already.

I am looking at changing to SE

I have run the conversion file, and member names get converted, but posts, boards and catagories do not get converted

my origianal board is situated at http://techneaux.mine.nu:81/~essentialmadonna/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl

the new board is at http://techneaux.mine.nu:81/~essentialmadonna/yabbse/index.php

I also noticed that all usernames have had their passwords reset, and my global moderators are set as normal members..

what can I do
