Me pasa tanto en la ultima version como en la anterior... cuando intento registrar algun usuario me da el siguiente error:

2: Cannot add header information - headers already sent
(/data/members/free/tripod/uk/f/o/r/forowuapas/htdocs/yabbse/Sources/Subs.php ln 1159)

¿Que pasa?

Otra duda q tengo es como cambiar el CHMOD ese q no tengo ni idea de qué es ni de como se cambia ni de si necesito algun programa especial para hacerlo.
