Like what program do you use or like what tools you use, can you make them in Paint or MGI 4? Basically, a little walkthrough.

u cant do much in ms paint
i think most ppl here use photoshop or paint shop pro

Personally, I use 90% Photoshop 7 and 10% Lightwave 7.5.  But that's just me.

I use 50% php er... PSP, 25% Ultimate FX, 22% PhotoHouse and 3% MSPaint

I use MSPaint to create masks that I make transparent in Animation Shop and then I import into PSP and add filters

Ultimate FX is exellent for background creation

PhotoHouse I use to fix up photos

Ain't there anyone else using Corel Photo-Paint as well?!

Even when this proggy is kinda slow on older machines, it does a kick ass job ;)

70% an in house program I got form an old work site.
20% Painshop pro 7
10% Fireworks MX (For animating webstuffs)
