Problems with converter

After step 3 of converting I get the following page:

Error Messages Step 3

What may be the problem?

Sorry, link was set wrong. Now it's fixed.

The linked document is just the first site oferoor messages. After that I get 3 sites of "Permission denied" messages. All files are denied.

Please help me.

make sure that the paths are correct and for the old YaBB files, set the permissions wide open if you're having trouble.

As far as yabb gold location, I've copied mine from cgi-bin directory on windows machine to linux in a non-cgi-bin folder and haven't adjusted paths in yabb gold settings.pl file.

Will this effect the conversion to yabb se?
