[Done 1.3.1] Moods mod v1.0

I have installed it.

Everything looks ok.. I can see moods etc etc..

But I cant access Add Moods/Edit Moods from Mod Settings.. when I click on them.. they take me to the board index?!

I think the problem is

where do I put if (isset($action)) { include("$sourcedir/Moods.php"); moods(); } in the index.php

At the moment it is here...

have moved this    else if (isset($action)) { include("$sourcedir/Moods.php"); moods(); }

just above the #END FASTFIND in index.php

everything looks ok..

but it wont update the moods.

Any ideas??

This bit seemed to work for me (no errors anyways).

Could I have a look at your index.php? I think thats where mine is failing

Had to apply manually

Eh, MAYBE if I get bored I'll write a new version. I'll probably wait until 1.5.1 though.

Yeah... read it.... but my members moan and moan about not having their moods!

Still almost works for me... displays the moods. I can edit them etc.

But when I click on a different mood to change it. Nothing happens! arghhhhhhhhhh!!

Cause you're putting that if (isset in the wrong place.

I think the problem is

See, that's wrong. Put it right above if ($currentboard..etc.

When I move it above... page 2+ of any thread are just blank?

Eh, MAYBE if I get bored I'll write a new version. I'll probably wait until 1.5.1 though.

Jedi be a super YaBB stud and update this to 1.5.1 along with collapsing catagories is probably my fave mod.

I would love to use this one... I'm kind of bored now because I've run out of things to do with my board... I've already got the following Mods:

I installed this mod on my board, and I use 1.5.4. I have installed it flawlessly up till one point.

I run moods_dbmod.php from my browser, type in the appropriate mood titles, and when I submit it, I get a 404, page cannot be found. The file install_moods.php does not exist and was not included in the version of the file I downloaded. Can you help me on this?

can anyone suggest the correct mood mod for yabbse 1.5.4?..for some reason 1.5.4 has the mood edit in the admis panel but it does not work at all .. i can give the smiles and there names but its a no show on any screen..

or is this a waste of time to try n get this working for this version entirely?..

I had it working pre-1.5.4 but never was able to get it working on this version -- I never took the time but I  think some people have.

Depending on how important it is to you, SMF may be out shortly and you'd lose the mod at that point if you upgraded anyway.

The edit moods thing is a known bug. I haven't been able to figure out why it won't work, and haven't had much time to mess with it lately. I do have one idea that I'm going to try out later that might make that work, and if it does, I will let you all know.
