It is available on Matt Siegman's package server. Just go to package manager and add the following URL (if you havent already done so)

RobDownSouth, I get an error when I try to use the mod on the YaBBSE v 1.1.0 :

Matt, if you would be so kind as to re-label the existing Birthday mod on your package server as Birthday Mod for release 1.0.0 I would appreciate it.

I will get a Birthday Mod for release 1.1.0 packaged and emailed to Matt tomorrow for distribution.

Maybe you can put it temporarily in your own package-directory, so people can download it from your server ?

I installed it and it worked great (I modified BoardIndex.php manually..), but for some odd reason, all the "unknown birthdays" on the birthdays list appears as "2 Jan." (without even the year!?), and of course that makes the "hide unknown dates" option useless...

any ideas what's causing this?

yes the zodiac sign feature would be great, requested this for yabb gold but it will do if I get to see it here

Also if you can make it so you get the choice to display it at the top, that would be great (for me it is an issue )

I had the same thing when I first installed the birthdaymod. (I must now get it working in 1.1.0 I think with manual BoardIndex.php modifying I will succeed..).

I just rest all the 2 Januar 2002 dates manually in the SQL database using phpMyAdmin and entering a query like:

update table yabbse_members set birthdate (or so, look up exact column name)= 0000-00-00 where birthdate = 2002-01-02. Then it was fixed.

Well I've got it working on my v1.1.0 : manually edit the Boardindex.php that's all.

And also translated the english lines into dutch

Yes, that appears to be something that occured when you ran converter.php when you converted your board from YaBB to YaBB SE. I'll wager you did that on Jan 2. 2002? It seems any missing birthdates on your old system were given a default birthdate of the day you converted on your new one!!

Must be one of them "undocumented features"!

Just one question : is it possible to show under the username an icon when someone is celebrating his birthday ?  I.e. next to each post this person has done !!  Something like an image the admin can define (or just a default cake) ?!

Okay, I have upgraded and tested the Birthday Mod package to work on YaBB SE 1.1.0. I have emailed the new package to Matt Siegman and asked him to put it on his package server for distribution.
