There is only one problem...the Mute User button in the user's profile is unmarked.

Without a hitch...you just gonna omit that problem with phpMyAdmin, lol.

I didn't upload the lng like I thought I had.

Why i can't use it in Yabb Se 1.3 ???

The packcentre can only read files with the extension .mod.yp

No, I'm not, just use BoardMod that's easier in my opinion.

Plus, yabbpaks I can't get to work, so I don't even bother with them. If someone wants to make a yabb pak out of the files and that one query, feel free to do so, but please give me the pack so I can make a package server, thanks.

I installed it and dowloaded the english.lg or whatever.

It said it installed and shows on the list. Im using 1.3.1 and i still dont see where to mute users.

Well, if you've added everything correctly and uploaded the right files.... If you got into anyones profile or even your own right at the bottom just above the 'Change Profile' button, the it a checbox, with Mute Users next to it ;D Hope that helps ;)

Orion: That was because phpMyAdmin was being a you know what....hehehe :P

Ive looked there, nothing.

What i did was upload the mod to the forums directory, then had the forum make a YABB pack.  I then installed the mod and it said it was done succesfully.

What i need is someone to tell me exactly what to do with the .mod file. There was no readmes and nothing in the faq about what to do with it. Just execute it in PHPmyadmin, which i tried and got a dozen errors.

So could someone give me a detailed layout on how to install this mod properly?

Id be forever grateful and my knowledge would be expanded.

I installed the MOD and the add. table field, can set the mut option now. But: How does the user see that he was muted (despite of noticing the lack of 'Reply' & 'Quote' - links? When/where ist the mute info-phrase displayed?
