What problems have you had? Also, we're not forcing you to stay, you can move to another forum anytime you like.

The onus is on the forum you choose to provide a converter

guys i NEED the solution... im losing members and posts already... at least let me switch to PHPBB until i sort out my yabbse... then ill convert back.

you give it to one and then they all ask for it.  I think YaBB SE is the best forum software out there and it does not help me to give you ways to convert.  If you want to convert, give me something for it

you're trying to beg ppl here to make something that u'll use for a competitor's software
that doesnt sound good, does it?

u can modify your template yourself or pick one of hundreds in http://boardmod.yabbforum.com/templates/templatevault.php or other places
one thing i hate bout phpBB is their default sytle (subsilver), its very good, but everyone is using that in the every phpbb board im visiting, i got bored of it. there isnt much choice too in their site

better smileys
u can just change the smilies with whatever u want, even with phpbb's, u just need to replace the image files
u can also install the "More smilies mod"

i use a phpbb and have experienced NO problems with it whatsoever.

In the admin centre there is an option to backup the database, and restore it
u can do a database dump using phpmyadmin or a backup script somewhere in chitchat board

Yes he is right that doesn't make sense, you should be asking phpBB2 for a converter not us. We are only obligated to make from xxx to YaBBSE converters not the other way around.
