is the birthday mod 1.3'ed???

Does the birthday mod work in 1.3 yet? and is there a calendar mod at all?

The Birthday mod works on my 1.3 board and there is not a calendar mod yet.

Where can I download this birthday mod? So far, I have only seen it in the Package Manager, which of course doesn't work in safe-mode...

There is no BoardMod version. The mod requires packmans SQL editing features to be used, and so far a mod for BoardMod which uses dbmod.php, hasn't been released. When official releases start there will be BoardMod and YaBBPak versions released.

I've noticed one minor issue with the bday mod for 1.3 At least the one I have anyways...

If you use a different name,other than your "sign on" name, the link will still work everywhere else, (who's online, post author, etc.) but it will not work in the "wish a happy bday" location. It tries to use the "new" name and gives the error that the user does not exist.

Also one problem with it is that if you have multiple languages applied in the profile where users can choose it everything else is translated but the birthday part.

yes that would be true with the lag part the mod puts some of the text in the db

damn..... the mod isnt working at all....

my installation is new.....

when the mod is installed, if i check the birthday options that we see in "Installed mod .... ",  and click on Save button..... it wont save the options....  WHY ??

Try using phpadmin, and setting it directly in the datebase.

hey taz did u install the boardmod version that i did?
if so did u run the db tables install file (bdaydbmod.php)?

the only way i can make this happen is be not doing that part of the install with the boardmod se version
the yabbpack version still works great for me

let me know what happens with this man
