Will this break the license agreement?

I went ahead and took out the ad on the bottom but I was wondering can I replace that with a smaller one or will I be breaking the license agreement either way?

You can remove all the logos and such but MUST leave this:

the YaBB SE changes to your own forum name when you specify it in the Prefernces and Settings page.

so it could be MyWebSite.com Community or something like that. Get it?
