database error

Problem Description:
hey guys, i have a problem with my forums. It gives every member this error:

Database Error

Can't open file: 'yabbse_boards.MYI'. (errno: 145)
File: /home/onpocca/public_html/yabbseboard/Sources/BoardIndex.php
Line: 151

i contacted my hosting company and they said that yes, their servers were down and they fixed it now and that it should work but it still doesnt. Anybody know what i can do to bring my forums back up? Thanks a lot

sorry, im a noob at mysql. Im not exacly sure where im supposed to put in that command. So here's a screen shot. Can u please show me where exaclt i have to paste the command? Thanks for ur time

Select the database you installed YaBB SE in - I'm guessing "onpocca_xmb1" and then click the "SQL" tab... paste it in that box and hit Go.

Now it wont let me log into phpmyadmin. It tells me that its teh wrong username and password and i know it isnt, cuz i was logged in last night when i tryed to paste that command
