Blue Line above Signature and Around message icon form box

Just been modding my template and was wondering how to change the blue line/border above the signature on users posts, as well as the blue line around the drop down box for message icon on the reply form?

Any help...out there?

Search Load.php for:

Code Select Expand

<hr width="100%" size="1" class="windowbg3" style="color: ' . $color['windowbg3'] . '" />

And replace the two windowbg3s with another CSS class (create a new one for the purpose if you don't want to use one of the existing ones from the template).

If you mean the blue border to the table, that's from the bordercolor class. Unless you want to alter everything that uses this class, you'll need to search Post.php for:

And alter the one (this code appears twice!) you want.

Okay I give it a try..but my windowbg3 in my css has the colour I'm after.

That's right out of my Template...

The load.php is as your post...so why is it line still blue?

When I check the source the wrong colour is listed even though the css is correct?

Change the windowbg3 colour in 'Forum Preferences and Settings' as well as the template CSS and it should work!

That seems to have sorted the signature line...but I still can't figure the blue outline around the drop down menus...

All matching...but as above still have a blie outline on the post reply drop downs.

What blue line?

The only blue lines I can see are the ones round the whole reply form and not the actual drop-down!

I can see a paint blue line (1px) around the drop down box before it drops...

Well, you've lost me there!

Since I've never seen a drop-down box like that in IE6 (my screenshots are also IE6!), I'm assuming that it's either XP (which I don't use) or you've customised the box somehow. If everything relevant (including the background-color for 'select') has been changed to #cccccc (see new attachment), I simply can't see any reason for any blue to be there.
