Remove Internal Avatar Option

[acf [delete me]!]

Is there any way to remove te internal avatar option so that members have to get an External Avatar from a somewhere els (most people do that any way). And if they do not fill in the will be chosen.. (404's are not that nice)

Avatars need bandwith so i dont want to host them.
But it looks ugly if you only get ride of the avatars (the option remains with out pics in the profile).

well, that's the easy way
the harder way is to remove the code in php, which what Metho is doing
