Can someone walk me step by step as to how to dump my database? I need to create a fresh board, but I want to keep the topics/members/boards intact.

Click Dump Database.
Done ;).

If you aren't using 1.5.1....

mysqldump --opt --databases DB_NAME | bzip2 > output.sql.bz2

May I ask what is actually happening when you're dumping your database?

The dump database never works for me in 1.5.1 final.

I get about 20% of the actual data. Have to use phpadmin to dump the whole database.... it's only around 2.5meg atm.
