Where are these colors set in my template?

Hi there  We recently did a template change on our boards at http://normalguy.net/yabbse but some fields are showing colors (black background, blue/black text) that I can't find the settings for.

The top left of our admin screen looks like this:


And the additional smilies window looks like this:


The problem lies with the black background area and the blue/black text within it.  The rest of the message board looks fine for most users (macintosh users see this same black background and blue text on every other post in the forums)

Can anyone help with suggestions on where the board might be pulling these settings from?

some color settings are in settings.php or your forum preferences inside your admin page
just match all the colors with the one in your tempate
