Take IP out of profiles?

i have 4 admins, I dont care for the feature, I dont usually ban cats from my forum anyway.

maybe its more intresting to give global admins more or less access and keep this future availble for the administrators.

BTW

Why does YabbSE always display a small image left to "logged". Wouldn't it be better to directly write "IP" instead of the image. Sometimes Users ask over and over again what this image means. If you write IP logged, everyone knows what it means like in the vbulletin software.

Problem wih IP blocking is that a user can just sign up with a new account and it will still work thats if their on 56k or below though

On some higher too... it really just depends on whether you have a dynamic or static IP. (hence those names, 'dynamic' and 'static'...)

And that's why you can block wild cards... even if it blocks EVERY AOL user....
